YES! One part soaked (raw) cashews to three parts water, blended for longer than you think. The result is frothy and wonderful – and just about indistinguishable from a cow’s milk café latte.
My (ahem) extensive online research shows that a little cinnamon and even a date or two (the fruity kind, not a potential partner) can be popped into the mix for sweetness.
