I keep coming back to the whole 'one person at a time' thing. And is it just me or is meditation the new black - again?
Meditation can be as simple as being awake (useful on busy streets) to what we're doing. Being present to the task at hand - not checking phone, ipad, emails.
Walking the dog? Yep, meditation. Tick. (bonus points when I leave the phone at home and chat to the mutt en route).
Doing the dishes? Tick. My mother calls this 'warm water therapy.' And she probably has a point.
Servicing a car? Tick. No point lying under a car if you're not fully present to the potential of covering your face with sump oil...
Paint a picture of a sunset. Tick.
Write a blog post. Tick.
Breathe in. Breathe Out. Smile.
Tick. Tick. Tock.
Nice. X
